Please be informed that the rooms are smoke-free areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas within the hotel. We have luggage storage services. Please contact the front desk for assistance.

Limited free parking is available for hotel guests.

You can contact our reservation team to cancel or modify your booking, subject to the terms and policies of your reservation. Please check your booking details before proceeding.

An extra bed is available upon request, with an additional charge. Please inform our Reservation Team in advance or notify the Front Desk upon check-in if you wish to request one.

For families traveling with infants aged 0–3 years, we provide a baby cot free of charge. Kindly let our Reservation Team know in advance or contact the Front Desk upon check-in so we can have it prepared for your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Breakfast is served daily at Anant Restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. If your booking does not include breakfast, you may contact the front desk or the restaurant to request this service for an additional charge.

We have airport transfer service with an additional charge. It takes approximately 1 hour by car from Phuket International Airport. Kindly contact us to book at least 48 hours in advance.

Amata Patong offers free Wi-Fi in guest rooms and throughout the hotel premises, allowing you to stay connected with ease during your stay.
